Hi dear Friends & donors, we like to inform you about our activies in our Clean Energy project.
Through our recent solar installation project, Destiny Hope Foundation (DHF) brought clean, sustainable energy to two villages in Mlandizi Ward, Kibaha District, in Tanzania’s Coast Region (Pwani).
Before this initiative, families relied on paraffin lamps for lighting, a costly and unsafe source of light that limited children’s ability to study in the evenings. Thanks to your support, we installed solar kits for 4 households, each including a solar panel, battery, and four bright lights. These systems now illuminate homes both inside and outside, creating safer, brighter environments for families and helping children study after sunset.
The beneficiaries, 2 families from Ruvu Station Village, and 2 families from Mbwawa Village, expressed heartfelt gratitude to DHF for “bringing light and hope” into their homes.
This small but powerful project is a reminder that even one solar light can transform lives, empowering families, improving education, and fostering hope for a better tomorrow.
More families need are in need of our support. When we have new donations, we search in our network for the people who are suffering the most and help them with this act of kindness.
Thank you very much for your donations and we hope to bring more light to families in the future.
Best Regards,
Pendaeli Amos & Peter de Laat
