Dear Friend,
Greetings to you from the Hope House. I have something very exciting to tell you about this project. We have built new partnership now to take this project to the new heights.
Although we are a small organization, we never dream small. We wanted to reachout to more number of adolescents seemlessly and meaningfully so we reached out to two different and distinct organizations {Christian Medical College (CMC) in Vellore and Childline India Foundation in Mumbai). Objective of aligning with CMC was to develop content to be distributed among adolescents and the objective of aligning with Childline India Foundation was to use their strength of working with the Government to have greater access to the Government schools and communities.
We are happy to inform you that we have signed an understanding on May 27th in the presence of representatives from all three organizations (including the Hope House) to sign the agreement. Apart from signing the agreement, we felicitated the young lady who was instrumental in founding 'Project YUVA'. Her name is Bagya (name changed) and she was only 14 when she started it and today she is 19.
This agreement is for five years and during which time we hope to make significant changes in the domain of adolescent health and protection. Now that we have built this partnership, we need the financial support to take this project forward with full force. Would you be willing to be more generous in sharing this message among your friends and family to help us? If you could, please do consider making a donation and we would forever be grateful for your support.
Looking forward to updating more on this project in the coming months. If you have any questions, do not ever hesitate to contact me at ruby@indiahopehouse.org
Sincerely
Ruby Nakka
