Dear Donors,
We would like to share with you some special appreciative words that our children have learned last three months: thank you, great job, nice work, awesome, very nice, and well done. All words are following to you and all our supporters and volunteers. During greeting time or social situation we teach our children how to use social words and phrases appropriately. For example, Matthew uses "thank you" not clearly yet, however consistently, and it is a huge progress. Antony can imitate the social words or 2 word phrases, and he requires a lot of prompting to use the simple words such as help, please, and give. Max does not use the words yet, however he uses the sign "help" and "thank you".
We are sure that using the appreciative words or social 2 word combinations is essential for building a positive environment. In child's everyday life saying "thank you" or "please" is a very important aspect of development as well as socialization. We teach our children don't be shy to say thank you a lot, and we, as adults, know that even small thanks can mean a huge deal to others.
Today our heartfelt "thank you" goes to you, our sponsors, and your support is very valuable for our program and our little learners. Again and again we would like to say you Thank You and send you a big hug.
Thank you for your cooperation. Have a peaceful and successive New Year!
Sincerely,
