AlphaBots Eleventh Report

By Adriana Gutierrez Galicia | Project Manager

Our educational robotics team has transformed technological learning into real social impact over the past quarter, filled with hands-on experiences that expanded the STEM ecosystem far beyond the classroom.

Our initiatives seamlessly connected innovation with social responsibility through key actions:

• Community Engagement: Public exhibitions and interactive dynamics held during the city’s anniversary celebration brought hundreds of children closer to the universe of science, making technology accessible and exciting for local families..

• Inclusive Education: Immersive tech events and hands-on workshops using educational kits sparked scientific curiosity in young learners.

• Solidarity Campaigns: Active student leadership in food drives to support charitable community programs.

• Professional Connection: Our team recently had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of a major technology company in the city. This immersive technical visit was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real industrial environments. It was an incredible experience seeing firsthand how cutting-edge concepts translate into high-impact, practical solutions in today's tech ecosystem.

• National Recognition: Winning the national outstanding team trophy for our continuous efforts in popularizing technology.

This dedication bears profound fruit: this quarter, one of our students earned a full scholarship to a renowned American university, another represented our country at a global championship in South Korea, and a team developed an innovative app to predict floods and protect vulnerable families.
