Dear Supporters,
The 100% Project was setup to ensure a better future for girls in the remote Himalayas, living in communities where the illegal practice of chaupadi is carried out.
The project has promoted the importance of girls receiving an education. We have installed school incinerators for waste disposal, tailor training in the sewing sanitary pads & educating boys about periods.
We are happy to report that this life changing project has supported many young girls in ensuring they attend school to receive an education & the project is now fully funded. We would like to thank all our donors for making this possible. A, U.S. dollar donated to the Nepal Trust, is a U.S. dollar spent in Nepal.
Namaste.
