Dear Friends,

2022/23 have been an amazing year.  Things have been tough over here.  Covid was a blip compared to the ongoing Military Coup in Myanmar.  The impact on people has been profound, including all of us here at DARE Network.

Apart from the obvious trauma from the war, the extended uncertainty weighs heavily on all of us concerned with the well-being of the displaced people from Myanmar.

Of course, as you know, we work to relieve and prevent the impact of drug and alcohol addiction among this population.  More and more people come to our camp-based programs.  We also are able to run our program inside Myanmar in Karen State.  Our Addiction Workers are brave.

We are proud to attach here our 2022 Annual Evaluation.  This evaluation is done completely by our Camp and Support staff.  Hope you take the time to have a look.

Thanks to you for all your support.
