While we continue to stay at home and practice social/physical distancing, we wanted to share some information about what we can do as caregivers, to take care of ourselves and our loved ones. Below are a few resources and articles we have found helpful:
AARP has some great Family Caregiving Resources, including tax tips, local family resource guides and community connections tools.
NPR has a wonderful article about college students who created "Music Meets Medicine" a group that integrates art into patient care.
And some great family caregiver tips from Caregiver Action Network.
