Dear donors,
Scholarships for these kids mean something very special: having access to THERAPIES.
We, at the Celia and Pepe School, implement a very specific educational methodology directed to highly impact kids with neurological disorders and rare diseases. This methodology includes providing therapies inside the daily class, which is not done in any school in Spain.
We offer each child the needed individual and group therapies, such as logotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy, etc… to develop their cognitive abilities to their maximum potential.
Depending on the specific disorder, we adapt these therapies. We also have specific interactions depending on the rage of age, being very important the area of mental health within these kids, who have overwhelming difficulties understanding their feelings and being able to express them.
During this schooling year, we are focusing scholarships funding for THERAPIES.
Our experience confirms that combining educational content with adapted therapies, boosts the impact in developing necessary abilities in these kids.
Would you like to help us?
Thank you!
Eugenia
