In Romania, seeking professional mental health therapy is still seen as a sensitive topic, even though it could help many individuals greatly improve their mental well-being.
The lack of these services is particularly prevalent in rural communities, where resources for this healthcare are rare. As we are aware of the importance of this matter, we have been offering help to children in rural communities for the past 4 years, where children have been dealing with problems like bullying, autism, or ADHD.
Our program is designed for 5-6 children to attend therapy sessions regularly, providing them with the support they require, to overcome their challenges. We believe, that every child deserves a chance, support, and care, regardless of where they live.
This project will be ongoing, with different children accessing it, for as long as we will exist.
