Challenge

All over the world, children are struggling with mental health issues. In the rural area of Romania, the issue is more visible because children do not have access to any mental health helpers. The 7 children that we help have problems that range from panic attacks to undiagnosed Autism and bullying.

Solution

7 children in our community will have access to therapy to deal with their difficulties. This is what one of the girls said about participating to therapy: "My name is Teodora and I started going to therapy due to panic attacks and low self esteem. Although I was initially sceptical about going to therapy, it has helped me become the best version of myself. I recommend anyone who needs to speak with someone to go to therapy".

Long-Term Impact

Therapy will teach them how to navigate life, without letting their experiences and differences define them or put them down.
