Creating sustainable jobs & clean burning biochar

As 2022 began BonZeb was able to distribute a number of scholarships to students from daycare to university, in Boucaniste, Hinche, Cap Haitien, Gonaives, Croix des Bouquets and Port au Prince.

We hope to follow up with even more scholarships in 2023. With your help we can do this.

Let's meet our receipiants. Luc  is a plumbing student at Cardinal Keeler Trade School in Gonaives. Luna  is a first year student at Notre Dame University studying business administration, also in Gonaives. El Shadai School in Boucantiste, where our workers send their students, also received a grant to puchase books for each student.

At the Mixed Institure la Spainiere in Croix des Bouquets, Angela, Emmanuella, Justin, Lovena and Pietre each had their tuition paid for the year.

The Safe Kids Care School in Hinche was also awarded a grant for their operation.

Ray Kitton, a student of Economics, was awared a scholarship to the Institue des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.

Scholarships where also given to the Educative College du Sacre Coeur and the College Lamartiniere in the names of Mryna and Myrad.

This week an additional 3 students at Notre Dame University in Hinche will recieve their scholaships and in the coming weeks students at Notre Dame University in Cap Haitien and Fondation Vincent, also in Cap Haitien will be receiving theirs.

Also consider continuing your support for BonZeb's economic develpment and job creation mission. THis month saw the start of a new BonZeb farm in Cabaret. This farm is a partnership with Help4Haiti and the New Covenant Mission in Haiti. We look forward to this collaboraton and having many more in the future.
