Dear Donor,
According to the latest updates of the Central Indian Government of August, New Delhi reports a rise in Coronavirus infection in six States of the Country and, among them, in Tamil Nadu. Upcoming festivals and mass congregations in different part of the Country may potentially facilitate the transmission of infectious diseases, including Covid-19. The Central Government has asked to ensure adequate testing, promote appropriate behavior and increase vaccination to contain the surge.
Our local representatives report that, despite many health and economic issues, our courses in favor of young women are going on and 24 of them are attending the tailoring course managed by the Mother Teresa Social Service Organization (MTSSO).
Education in this pour area is still one of the most important aspects of our support in order to assure to all the participants a better future. The volunteers and members of MTSSO are mainly teachers and thanks to their help all the educational and professional activities are possible.
We are grateful for your support to our project that allows our local partner to improve its actions in favor of the empowerment of a lot of Indian women!
Thank you
