Women in India were deprived of educational privileges for centuries.The right to education denied to women in rural areas still exists. “by a girl, by a young woman, or even by an aged one, nothing must be done independently’. There are many people who oppose girls’ education. They say that the proper sphere of girls is the home. So, they argue that the money spent on girl’s education is wasted. 

Investment in women and girls, is a proven path to reduce poverty.CHHAASE always aims to improve economic status of women and their families through business skills and education. The secret of training is to empower, restore and regenerate women and improve their status.

Your support helped us to provide trainings to 13100 poor women in sewing, beautician, embroidery, computer courses, driving, Domestic electrician Etc till date. 100% of our trained women and girls are earning and leading a safe and secured life. They are now able to pay medical bills, send their children to school and put food on table without any difficulty.

Kumutha, One of our beneficiary said " I am from a poor family. my husband is a Agricultural labor.I am a house wife. I have struggled to run my family and educate our children with meagre income. I got Embroidery training from CHHASE Vocational training center, Poonamallee. Now i am doing Embroidery business and earning Rs.650 daily. It is sufficient to run my family and pay for my children education. I am sincerely thanking you and CHHASE for providing training to earn. Thank you once again and i pray almighty to bless you my donor."
