With your support, CHHASE Opened the new door of employment by making skill development training as their earning weapon. By GlobalGiving’s donor’s financial help CHHASE organization is running skill training in different trades in different locations (Urban & Rural areas).

CHHASE change the skills trainings as per the latest requirement with good income. We gave Electrical & domestic appliances training to 30 poor women in Avadi (urbal area) in march 2018 to june 2018.in this training, the beneficiaries learn to repair domestic appliance like grinder, mixie, cooker, Fridge,Washing machine, water motors, fan Etc, which is used every day of our todays need. Now our trained women, go for repair, as soon as they get call from houses and attend the fault at their home it self. This service is appreciated by all since the house maid need not to go far for repiring, instead they get their things repaired while they sit at their homes.

CHHASE Preserve, Tamil Nadu hand embroidery safe and we are training this skill in most of the centres, which give income throughout the year.

One of our beneficiary said “ I am from poor family and I lost my husband 8 years back. I do not have any working skills, so I was doing house keeping and feeding my three children. With this meagre income, I was unable to educate my children in Avadi urban area.I came to know that CHHASE NGO is providing free Electrical & domestic appliances for 4 months. I got seat for training and now I am fully trained to repair any kind of home appliance. On completion of the training, I printed visiting cards with my phone number and distributed it around 10000 houses and informed them that I am doing repairing all kinds of domestic appliance on phone call. After a month, I started getting lot of calls for repair and now I am earning atleast Rupees1000 per day, I am ever grateful to my donor and CHHASE for helping me.”
