We are very happy & pleasure to inform you that our organization is Top Ranked and Vetted Charitable organization for the year 2019 by GlobalGiving Foundation (USA 501c3 Tax Deductible Charity).

Our one of the development activity is skill training support to the under privileged women and girls. We always believe that if we provide excellent skill trainings to the underprivileged women and girls, they can stand on their own feet after completion of the training, when they enter into their job career or in self business. The value of skill training is not assessable. Thus we always search for the economically disadvantaged & who are very much interested in the eradicating poverty. We provide skill training and placement in companies/encourage them to start self business.When we find deficient in poor trained women to start self business due infrastructure, we arrange such support to start business. We are very much thankful for your generous online donation for our charity to sponsor poor women in Rural villages.

CHHASE visit rural villages (Project areas) regularly for the necessities & immediate need for the poor women and girls development.  We discuss with them for the skill training needs. As per their desire we provide skill trainings. After training, some of the women interested to go for a job. We provide them placement in nearby companies. Few women are interested in starting own business, but they are unable to start own business because of their inability to buy the infra for the business. We analyse their back ground and help them with materials to start their own business. All our beneficiaries are either gained employment or started own business.Now they are all able to earn & feed their children and educate them.

CHHASE regularly monitor trained beneficiaries development & regularly conduct motivational speech to the husband/parents and explaining about the importance of skill trainings.

To keep traditional hand embroidery safe, three month embroidery training is being conducted by CHHASE organization. In which traditional Art-craft, decorative items and making painting are being taught. Medium of all training organized by CHHASE have both practical and theoretical. In which young girls and women are getting their training easily. During training EDP, Life skills and Capacity building training are being given to women. By which they will be fully developed and also their capability and life skills will be strengthened. CHHASE is promting the traditional Tamil Nadu palmyra products by training more self help group members. The raw materials are much lower cost. when it become as a product, it gives more profit. We are now looking to promote more traditional crafts trainings to rural women/youth. 

By providing skill trainings to poor women/youth, They are progressing well in their self development. They are able stand on their own without someone help. They expressed their gratitude and thanks to you as you made generous donation for the skill development sponsorship. With this support to under privileged women/youth, they expressed happiness and Thank you for your generous donation to our poor women/youth skill development trainings.
