Warm greetings from CHHASE.
Thank you for your generous contributions for the poor rural women through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.
During Nov and Dec,2015, you might have heard about chennai floods. The heavy raining was about 45 days long.
Chennai has become as many islands and its neighbour districts Tiruvallur and Kancheepuram also suffered in heavy rains. With GOD'S Grace and with your help, CHHASE has provided relief work as many people as possible.We have provided food, warm clothing, safe drinking water, medicines etc to the flood victims.
During january 2016, CHHASE has provided 5 days orientation program on entreprenuership to 200 women to start their own business with less capital, In this program we taught, what all the business needs less capital. In the following months, CHHASE is going to provide capital ranging from $100 to 150 to start their own business.
The women are very happy for this kind of gesture and expressed their sincere gratitude.
