Thank you for your generous contributions for the poor rural women through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.

In Tamil, we say " learn a skill, you don't need to worry about your future".  skill training to women and girls, is a proven path to reduce poverty.CHHAASE aims to improve economic status of women and their families through business skills and eucation. The secret of training is to empower, restore and regenerate women and improve their status.

You helped us to provide 170 poor women in sewing, 56 women in beautician, 50 youth in Home appliances repairing and 40 women in embroidery since April,2017 to Oct,2017. During this period, We have distributed 26 sewing machines to poor helpless rural women and youth to start self business. 100% of our trained women and girls are earning and leading a safe and secured life. They are now able to send their children to school and put food on table without any difficulty.

One of our beneficiary said " I am from a low income family. my husband is agriculture labor.I am house wife. We were struggled to educate our children with meagre income.After getting sewing training from CHHASE Vocational training center, i got loan from bank and purchased a sewing machine. Now i am doing sewing business and earning sufficient money to run my family and pay for my children education. I am sincerely thanking CHHASE and you."
