Training and Sales Kit for young VI Entrepreneurs

By Nasreen | Project Head

Empowering young individuals with visual impairment to achieve financial independence and professional growth is a meaningful step toward building an inclusive and equitable society. One effective way to support this goal is through the provision of training-cum-sales kits specifically designed to meet their unique needs. These kits serve as vital resources that help enhance skills, build confidence, and create access to sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Supporting visually impaired individuals not only enables personal growth but also highlights the capabilities and potential of persons with disabilities. Comprehensive training programs are offered across multiple areas, including computer literacy, employment-oriented skill development, and other vocational services. These programs are designed to strengthen self-confidence and equip young talents with the skills needed to earn a livelihood through meaningful work. Along with the training, job-specific sales kits are provided free of cost, enabling participants to perform their roles effectively in their respective work environments.

At IAB, youth from various rural backgrounds are supported in balancing their education alongside vocational training for employment. To encourage independence and self-reliance, employment-focused training and sales kits are provided with the objective of enabling them to work confidently without dependence on others.

To further this noble cause, IAB has partnered with GlobalGiving, with generous contributions from philanthropists like you. Your support plays a crucial role in transforming the lives of young visually impaired entrepreneurs by opening doors to opportunity, dignity, and self-sufficiency. Together with GlobalGiving, we remain committed to reaching out to compassionate donors across the globe and striving to bring lasting positive change and smiles to the faces of our beneficiaries.
