Build training apartment for people w/disabilities

Thanks to your the support of donors from Poland and around the world, work on the fully accessible independent living training apartment is progressing at full speed.

This spring, our focus shifted from general construction to intensive interior finishing works. We have successfully installed the plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications systems, and laid down the underfloor heating. With the windows now fully installed, we were able to begin plastering and drywall finishing in June. We have reached a stage in the investment where, week by week, the building is truly starting to feel like a home. Every completed detail brings us immense joy and draws us closer to the moment when the first participants -individuals with the most severe disabilities - can move into this transitional, assisted living space. Here, under the guidance of specialists and independent living coaches, they will develop daily life skills and build self-confidence in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
