Celebrating 18 Years of Transforming Lives: Thanks

By Jacqueline Audige | Founder

Happy Birthday AUMAZO!
Happy Birthday AUMAZO!

We are thrilled to announce that AUMAZO is celebrating18 yearsof making a profound impact on girls' lives in rural Cameroon.

We express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support in our mission to provide quality high school education and improve school infrastructure for these deserving girls.

Thanks to your generosity over the past 18 years, we have offered previously inaccessible educational opportunities to these girls.

Through our collective efforts, we have:

  1. Started the Tutoring Program in 2016 that allowed 174 girls to pass the high school entrance and enter high school;.
  2. Empowered girls to pursue their dreams entering the high school of their choice with our Scholarship Program;
  3. Created lasting change by investing in girls' transformation programs through our Agribusiness initiative that fosters leadership skills and personal growth;
  4. Obtained other donor financing for the school’s water supply  system; and
  5. Financed construction of the administration/library building, a classroom and a workshop.

None of this would have been possible without your support, which has helped break down barriers, opened doors of opportunity, and infused the lives of these girls with brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

Corine, one of the tutoring program students, summed it up:

I spent two years in the program and can speak for my classmates and myself. Before joining the program, I was studying for grades. The program opened my mind, and my academic experience was spectacular. I am grateful to Aumazo for the lifetime opportunity of critical thinking.

Her testimonial is heartwarming. We are more committed to continuing our mission as we celebrate this milestone despite the prevalent challenges. We know more work must be done, and we can continue transforming lives with your support.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. We have made a significant difference together, and we invite you to join us in celebrating this incredible milestone.

Your continued support will enable us to reach even more girls, giving them a chance to unlock their full potential and become the leaders of tomorrow.

18 is often associated with ambition, self-determination, and success and symbolizes material abundance, accomplishment, and the manifestation of goals.”

So, thank you for your unwavering dedication to Aumazo's accomplishments and belief in its success. We are honored to have you as a partner in this manifestation of goals and life-changing work.

Here's to18 yearsof ambition and abundant labor of love.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Jacqueline Audige and the Board
