Coretech Kamarie has become more than just a school; it's a sanctuary for hope, education, and opportunity for young girls in rural Cameroon.
Thanks to your support, we've created classrooms filled with learning, a library that sparks curiosity, and a vibrant community of students ready totransform their futures.
However, our journey still needs to be completed. One essential piece is still missing—proper sanitary facilities. Without them, the dream of a safe, supportive environment for our girls remains incomplete.
Charone, one of our students, said, "We look forward to enjoying a new toilet. We want a bathroom comparable to our classroom instead of a pit." Her heartfelt words highlight the urgency of this project.
We aim to raise at least half of the $47,000 needed for this vital project during this year's GivingTuesday on December 3.
This timeline allows us to begin construction during Cameroon's sunny season, from December 2024 to April 2025.
With the support of GlobalGiving's $750K Incentive Fund, every dollar you contribute will stretch further, amplifying your impact and bringing us closer to transforming the girls' learning environment.
I'd like you to please stay tuned for more updates.
Let's fulfill our promise to these young women and give them the dignity and resources they deserve.
Warm regards,
Jacqueline T. Audige and the Board
