Transform Lives of 100,000 Afghan Girls

By Shehab Yacoobi | Project Manager

At the Afghan Institute of Learning (AIL), our mission has always centered on empowering women and girls through education and opportunity. Thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, AIL has now reached and impacted the lives of more than 100,000 Afghan girls through a combination of educational programs, community learning centers, health education, and skills training initiatives. In a country where access to education for girls has faced significant challenges, these programs provide a vital lifeline—offering knowledge, confidence, and the tools needed to build a brighter future. Each girl who gains access to learning represents not only personal transformation, but progress for families and entire communities.

This milestone reflects the power of collective action and continued commitment to education. Through innovative programs such as remote learning, community workshops, and safe educational spaces, AIL continues to ensure that Afghan girls have the opportunity to learn, grow, and pursue their ambitions. With your continued partnership, we can expand this impact even further, reaching thousands more girls who deserve the chance to shape their own futures and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
