A glimmer of hope appears in the form of ‘free schooling’ or a scholarship for your children, a potential pathway out of poverty through education. But alas, the corrupt government has depleted all the funds, leaving the country without sufficient resources to supply power.
You’re left powerless when it’s time to cook dinner and assist your children with their homework, relying on a small torch to illuminate their studies.
The challenges these families face are immense, which is why we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with a solar company. With your support and government funding, we aim to equip 50 family homes and 20 community schools or clinics with solar power. This initiative not only offers these individuals a genuine opportunity to alter their future but also reduces the reliance on fossil fuels within these communities.
These solar systems, typically valued at around 3,000USD, can be installed for just 800USD per family due to our special partnership with the charity.
Our goal for 2024 is to provide 50 such installations, but we need your help to fund this life-changing project.
