Transportation remains one of the greatest barriers to cancer care in Ghana. Many patients, especially those from rural communities, struggle to afford travel to treatment centers — often missing vital appointments or abandoning treatment altogether.
Although we have not yet received donations for this project, Adjah Cancer Support Ghana remains committed to this cause. Our volunteers continue to identify and document patients in need of transportation support, while we work to raise awareness and mobilize funding to begin providing direct travel assistance.
Once funds are available, this initiative will help cover the cost of bus fares, hospital transfers, and emergency travel for patients who otherwise cannot reach care. Even a small donation can make a big difference — ensuring that no one has to forgo treatment simply because they cannot afford the journey.
We remain hopeful and determined to launch this life-saving support soon. Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing with cancer patients across Ghana.
