Dear Supporters and Friends,
Trybe Limited recently celebrated our 30th Anniversary under the theme “Thriving Together.” It is our great honour and privilege to have journeyed alongside our community of stakeholders — donors, volunteers, staff, youths, and their families — over the past three decades.
As we mark this milestone, we reaffirm our commitment to becoming a Trauma-Informed Organisation (TIC). We envision TIC as the heartbeat of Trybe, guiding how we relate to one another and the young people we serve.
For our staff, TIC means creating safe, nurturing spaces for each youth, respecting their unique experiences and supporting their growth.
For colleagues, it means recognising one another’s needs, fostering empathy, and building a culture free of judgment.
For our volunteers, it means engaging youths with respect, empowering them to take the lead in programmes, and contributing to their holistic development.
By embedding Trauma-Informed Care across the organisation — beyond just counselling — we aim to provide comprehensive support that helps each youth thrive in their own unique journey.
Just as a single apple can grow into a flourishing orchard, every act of involvement helps Trybe grow into a vibrant community — a forest where each young life can thrive in its own way. Together, we are nurturing growth, resilience, and hope — one young life at a time.
