Dear Friends,
Greetings once again and have a happy weekend. It is Sunday here in Leyte and we are gearing for activities tomorrow. As of this report. we have already covered 5 bunk-houses or temporary shelters for Typhoon Haiyan survivors. Bunk-houses are where they temporarily stay before they are permanently resettled. Resources by the government is almost nil so resettlement may take time. Meanwhile our vegetable gardening activities is perking-up and many survivors living in the bunk-houses are busy with their gardens. The gardens provide them with so much; exercise to chase away depression, food, income, camaraderie and much much more.
Once again we thank you for your support for without your generous donations, we could not do this.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora
