As a rule in our organization, all children need to wash their hands before our classes begin. We want to show them proper hygiene and teach them how to wash their hands. In addition, many of these children don't wash their hands regularly, and are pretty dirty when they first arrive.
We believe hygeine is just as important as any other topic we teach, and showing them good hand washing practices goes a long way for these kiddos.
