Orphans and IDPs Feeding Report

1. Introduction

On 6th September, 2024, Humanity and Community Development Foundation organized a feeding program aimed at supporting Muslim orphans in the community. This initiative provided nutritious food to the orphans and aimed to promote the well-being and dignity of vulnerable children.

2. Objectives of the Activity

- To provide nutritious food to Muslim orphans in the community.

- To promote the welfare and dignity of orphans through community support.

- To raise awareness about the needs of orphans and encourage community involvement.

3. Activities Conducted:

a. Feeding Program

A total of 50 Muslim orphans were served nutritious food during the distribution program. The food items was prepared with care, ensuring that they met dietary needs and provided balanced nutrition. The event took place at Shinkafi and was attended by volunteers and community members who assisted in distribution.

b. Community Engagement

The feeding program included community engagement activities where volunteers interacted with the orphans, fostering a sense of community and belonging. This activity was organized to entertain the children and promote joy during the event.

4. Feedback from Participants

Participants, including the orphans and volunteers, expressed gratitude for the initiative. The orphans enjoyed the food distribution and many expressed their desire for similar events in the future. Feedback indicated a strong sense of community support and engagement.

5. Conclusion

The feeding program for Muslim orphans was a successful initiative, providing not only food but also a sense of community and support for vulnerable people. Humanity and Community Development Foundation shall therefore remain committed to continuing such initiatives and shall plan future feeding programs to reach more orphans in need.
