Sexual Minority Rights are Human Rights to.
And these rights should not be negated , disregarded or denied at any given time.
This is the message that Human Rights First Rwanda Association took to civil society actors across the nation in order to raise awareness on change actors within the Non Governmental Organization framework.
Non State actors have a role to play in as far as sexual minority rights advoccy is concerned.The discriminated members of the LGBTI community need an avenue to raise theyre greviances nd these may be seen thrugh Human Rights Defenders in the nation.
Some of the recomendations met were A viable network of Civil Society Actors who are pro- LGBTI advocacy
Mass media participation in this advocacy of Sexual Minorities to be intensified.
