The LGBTI movement in Rwanda and the great lakes at large has moved to seek strategic partnerships and Human Rights Defenders as well as University lecturers and professors to create a sustainable platform for advocacy through research.
A round table meeting was conducted in order to prioritize the themes and topics of research.
The persons present at this round table meeting included LGBTI Activists, Human Rights Advocates, and University Law professors and scholars. These likeminded professionals are to conduct the research working with Justice Sector , The Health Sector , The Education Sector , The Private Sector on their knowledge and inclusion on sexual minorities into the mainstream.
