Dear YSR Friends and Supporters,
As you know, in partnership with the amazing Urban Swim and Running for Refugees NYC, Nargus, completed a first of its kind, 100km circumnavigation of Manhattan by water and land.
Nargus made records being the first person to ever complete a Manhattan ultra marathon swim run. Starting at 9am she swam in the Hudson river for 8 hours, 24 minutes and 20 seconds and then went on to run around the island in 4 hours 27 minutes and 21 seconds where she was met with her friends and family to congratulate her on her big win!.
We are in awe and feel privileged to have been part of this amazing achievement and historical day. Furthermore I am super happy to say that we managed to raise 75% of the target goal of 5000 which supported us financially. The donation page is still open and helping us reach our goal would mean so mcuh to us.
A big thank you to those who supported us this year, we greatly appreciate it.. Wishing you joyful holidays and an energised new year.
Kind regards,
Ruvi
