Your generosity continues to make a lasting impact through our Shopping Voucher Program for orphan families in northern Gaza. As the humanitarian crisis persists, many families are facing an additional challenge beyond food shortages—the severe lack of circulating cash. Even when basic goods are available in local markets, many parents cannot access them because paper currency has become scarce and difficult to obtain.
Through these shopping vouchers, orphan families are able to purchase the food, hygiene items, and essential household supplies they need most, according to their own priorities. This approach restores dignity by allowing parents to choose what best meets their children's needs while also supporting local businesses and keeping neighborhood markets active.
As needs continue to grow, we remain committed to expanding this program so that more orphan families can benefit from flexible, dignified assistance. Your support is helping families overcome one of the most challenging aspects of daily life in Gaza and ensuring that vulnerable children receive the essentials they need to survive with hope and dignity.
