Meet MANUEL “God with us”. He is a little boy whose daddy we have known and helped since he was a boy. Manuel has a birth defect that needs correcting with his feet. We have been covering the physical therapy this past year. And he is now strong enough and ready for the corrective surgery that, with your help, we are covering. The Tijuana surgeon has even already agreed to do it for half the cost of what was originally quoted! Right now he is having a series of wearing casts for a couple weeks before the surgery.
His story, and that of his dad, grandma, uncle and aunts are the “making a difference one person at a time” goals we set early on. Similar to a parable in the Bible that tells the story of a shepherd who may leave the herd of ninety-nine to rescue the one! There are so many needs among the poorer class of those who live in Tijuana Mexico. Thank you for helping our cause and meeting the needs of those put along our path.
