VIDA Starting Strong in 2024

By Adam See | Executive Director

VIDA wrapped up 2023 with another year in which we helped millions of lives through our 68 shipments valued at over $50 million. Peru, with a focus on the greater Lima region, remains a key focus of our mission.  Young women with children remain a very vulnerable demographic, and VIDA has been building programs over the past 30 years to alleviate the challenges facing these young mothers.

As always, basic healthcare infrastructure remains a primary challenge.  This is especially true of pediatric services for their young children. Providing the basic equipment, supplies and medicine to the clinics serving these vulnerable populations will remain a primary initiative of VIDA.  These services, along with nutritional programs are critical to both mother and child.

Without your support, these programs would not exist.  VIDA thanks you for your continued generosity in helping to bring hope to these young lives!
