2024 Winters are here. We are grateful to all who donated and those of you who could not, we are confident, your hearts must be full thinking of the mothers. We got shawls with your generous donation. They love the shawls, wearing it all the time, sunning themselves, going for walks.
320 Mothers are grateful to all of you for your kind thoughts in keeping them warm. We assure you as soon as we are able to ,we shall, be getting them cardigans and other woollens required.
Its a time we are busy ensuring the mothers have good nutrition because its a known fact in the region, winters are extremely severe and elderly, ageing are vulnerable. We, at Maitri ensure they are kept warm in the ashram and their nutrition is full of vitamins, taking care they get all they need for immunity, so that they do not fall sick due to change of season etc. Your thoughts for them and good wishes encourage us to ensure their good health.
