By providing girl-friendly access to WASH facilities at schools & at households, health situation of the community will improve structurally. Children as early adopters- learn more easily than adults; quickly adjust their behaviour adopting this hygienic practices they easily continue this behaviour when they are adults. The project will take schools as the focal point in the community yet also work on WASH facilities and behavioural change at household level for a full hygiene continuum.
With generous support SCOEN aims:-
To give water children for 5 years
to provide girls with reusable sanitary pad
to provide materails for construction of WASH facility
T oprovide necessary stationery on WASH training
to washing station for1000 girls in a local schools
To facilitate the reusable menstrual hygiene pads training to one local school
To build a latrine and a washroom to one local school
Tol drill a borehole to one local school
This appeal has not raised any money, funds are need to run this project.
