What happened in summer?

      For children ,living in the child protection system , we oganized a lot of recreational programs. Cultural programs, summer camps, trips.  They also participated in museum education sessions.
The first location of the summer camp was Alsóörs.  During the camp thanks to the good weather ,we spent a lot of time at the beach and ride a bike. We were in Balatonfüred,at  the bob track. We were in adventure parks in Balatonalmádi and Csopak too. The second place of the camp was in Vajta,a handicrafts camp. The third place was Mátrafüred – Sástó. The forth was in Balatonkenese.The next camp was the „Art camp”, led by Szakál Antal painter, the children could learn to draw and paint .

      About the cultural programs, they were in Gorsium, at Lake Velence and did study walk twice in the county town. They visited the National Theatre and watched two plays, the Éden földön and Ludas Matyi. In the Night of museums event , they visited several museums. They participated in museum education sessions where all of the children in the system visited the Museum of Fire Fighting and Bory-castle in Székesfehérvár.

       The childen had several trips in Fejér county. They went to Agárd to see the Chernel István Madárvárta and the Géza Gárdonyi Memorial House. In Kápolnásnyék, they were at the Mihály Vörösmarty Memorial Museum. In Dinnyés, they visited the Várpark. They visited the Gorsium in Tác, where they could see Roman period excavations and relics. The leader of the exhibition gave them a useful historical presentation, showed how  the Romans lived in their everyday life and their personal belongings.
