On March 3rd, Georgia celebrates Mother’s Day. This year, our team chose to honor elderly mothers through personal visits and small supportive gatherings in their homes and community spaces.
Many of the women we visited are living alone or with limited daily support. For them, meaningful conversation, emotional presence, and simple gestures of respect carry deep value. During our visits, we spent time listening, sharing stories, and ensuring that their immediate needs were assessed. In several cases, we also reviewed ongoing medical and household needs as part of our winter assistance efforts.
Motherhood does not lose its meaning with age. These women have raised families, supported communities, and carried responsibilities through difficult years. On this day, we expressed gratitude for their strength and resilience.
Your continued support allows us not only to provide material assistance, but also to bring dignity, connection, and care to elderly mothers who might otherwise feel forgotten.
Thank you for helping us stand beside them.
