As winter approaches, thousands of families in the Gaza Strip face renewed hardship. Years of blockade, poverty, and limited access to basic resources have left them struggling to stay warm during the cold months. With the dropping temperatures and lack of heating means, the need for urgent humanitarian assistance has become critical.
In response, Saed Charity implemented a Winter Relief Project in Gaza, targeting the most vulnerable families—particularly orphans, the poor, and the injured. The project included the distribution of blankets, mattresses, heating coal, and stoves to provide warmth and protection from the harsh cold.
The impact of this project was deeply moving. Families expressed heartfelt gratitude for the timely support that brought them warmth, comfort, and relief after enduring long, freezing nights. Beyond meeting physical needs, this initiative also restored a sense of dignity and hope among communities struggling to survive.
Saed Charity affirms that supporting families during the winter months is not only about providing warmth—it is about preserving life and protecting human dignity. The organization calls upon donors and partners to continue extending their support to the people of Gaza, for every heater lit and every blanket given brings warmth to a shivering heart and hope to a family in need.
