In Gaza, widespread destruction and collapsed infrastructure have left thousands of displaced families facing winter without basic heating. Families who lost their homes now live in temporary shelters that offer little protection from cold, rain, and harsh weather conditions.
In response, Saed Relief and Development implemented a heating aid distribution project to support displaced and severely affected families. The project benefited 100 families, providing coal, blankets, tent covers, and essential heating materials to help households endure the winter and protect their shelters from wind and rain.
These supplies provided critical protection for children and the elderly, easing suffering and offering a sense of comfort amid extreme hardship. The warmth and shelter support delivered were more than material assistance—they were a source of hope during a time of despair.
We thank all supporters who contributed to this humanitarian effort. Your continued support and sharing of this report help extend warmth and protection to more displaced families in Gaza who continue to face winter under the most difficult conditions.
