Thanks to your help, we continue to provide psychological support for women and girls! It is very important to make them understand that they are not alone and that they have someone to turn to - group therapy is a great way to relieve stress, master techniques on how to deal with it on your own when there is no psychologist, which is especially important in the current time! We also constantly note an improvement in the general psychological state thanks to such events. Recently, we have conducted more than 15 group therapies and 78 individual psychological consultations! An important element of the work is the distribution of "Dignity Kits" (feminine hygiene items, personal hygiene products) "Dignity Kit" is important because it helps women and girls maintain hygiene, health and self-esteem in crisis situations. In conditions of war, forced displacement or poverty, access to personal hygiene products is often limited. Providing basic needs, such kits support not only physical well-being, but also the psychological state, reducing stress and vulnerability. After group therapy, each participant receives such a kit! Your support helps us continue our work and provide psychological assistance to women and girls who have experienced violence - which is especially important in the context of a protracted crisis in our country! 

We also regularly conduct information and educational events aimed at identifying domestic violence, and have already helped many women recognize the threat, understand their rights and find support. As part of our meetings with lawyers, psychologists and social workers, participants learn how to act in crisis situations, where to seek help and what protection mechanisms exist. Such a comprehensive approach allows us not only to respond to cases of violence, but also to prevent them, helping women protect themselves in time from possible negative consequences.
