Despite the challenging social and economic context, the Women Construction Workers project continues to build community, train women and improve housing conditions in Villa 21-24-Zavaleta.
Since the beginning of the project, the women builders have completed 84 home improvement works in Villa 21-24-Zavaleta, benefiting 366 people, including 127 children who now live in safer and healthier homes.
Each project, each home that is improved, completely free of charge, enhances the lives of those who live there and brings hope to a community that has been historically marginalized and excluded.
There is still much to be done. We have a community of women with knowledge, commitment, and solidarity. Now, we need your support to keep moving forward.
