Our project introduces a holistic, integrated approach that combines job creation, health promotion, and emotional well-being—rather than addressing each in isolation. This is innovative because:
Integrated Model
Traditional social programs often focus on either employment, health, or welfare.
Our project simultaneously tackles income generation, physical wellness, and emotional resilience, creating a synergistic impact on beneficiaries.
Community-Driven Design
Programs are co-created with beneficiaries to ensure relevance, ownership, and long-term sustainability.
Community leaders are trained as facilitators, empowering local solutions rather than imposing external interventions.
Sustainable Employment Focus
We emphasize dignified, inclusive, and sustainable jobs, not just temporary employment or aid.
Entrepreneurship and micro-enterprise support are provided alongside formal job placement, enabling multiple income streams.
We managed to engaged 10 single mothers. Creating interactive communication and self-help group among the unwed mothers and single mothers. We will continue to grow the teams. Thank you.
