Despite the restrictions and limitations imposed by the pandemic context, the group of entrepreneurial women met to set new goals for 2021, to face the crisis together through the production of sweets (jam, etc.) and canned food.
2020 was a difficult year for all its members due to the difficulties encountered in accessing the raw material for production, and the lack of community spaces for the sale of their products. For this reason, this year 2021 they began with meetings on search strategies they can implement to reduce the impact of the crisis, working with enthusiasm on their undertaking.
Among the motivational strategies, it is possible to name the incorporation of women entrepreneurs to the network of Argentine slow food organizations. They were invited to be part of slow food for their trajectory and for the added value they bring to their productions. In this way, they will be able to participate in various meeting spaces for producers who are in a similar situation, finding in them a reflection of themselves being an incentive to continue.
