In the framework of the crisis generated by Covid-19, a survey was carried out of the productive groups present in the towns of Taco Ralo, Monteagudo and La Madrid in the Province of Tucumán and in the town of Vinalito and Caimancito in Jujuy to carry out a mapping about these groups in each locality.
With the information collected, it was possible to obtain knowledge about their needs, being able to specify training instances for productive groups.
Thus, we continue working to reinforce the collaborative momentum of the groups of entrepreneurs who work in Tucumán, who were encouraged to diversify their production by incorporating the sale of baked goods. In this sense, virtual trainings were held so that they can learn to put into practice new recipes, cooking methods, pairing trends and more secrets related to their gastronomic practices.
Finally, we are establishing alliances to work in the future on your access to the digital world, understanding that the technological gap is one more obstacle to overcome in the search for productivity growth.
