Generating learning spaces is a priority in our support to strengthen entrepreneurs. For this reason, we coordinate with the National University of Tucumán, to carry out training workshops on business organization, led by advanced students of Economic Sciences in the town of La Madrid. We work with entrepreneurs on their profile, their projection, their strengths and weaknesses.
To outline the content of the workshop, we had a presentation meeting where the entrepreneurs could share their experiences, their needs, their aspirations in general and regarding the new training space.
With dynamics of participation and collaboration, we delve into the recognition of the entrepreneurial profile, identifying the characteristics and skills necessary to be successful in the world of entrepreneurship.
The workshop addressed various topics to promote the development of key skills and knowledge for entrepreneurs. One of the main themes that emerged from the entrepreneurs was the importance of organization, setting clear and achievable objectives. The need to establish short, medium and long-term goals was emphasized, as well as the importance of defining strategies to achieve these objectives. In addition, they managed to identify that roles must be defined within a business: what is the role in my venture? Am I responsible for marketing, costs, selling, producing or logistics?
In this process of support and training, the participants in the meetings were very enthusiastic about the idea of generating a network of entrepreneurs from the south of the province, and from ACDI we will accompany the generation of a marketing space to promote the sale of their businesses. , and to give greater visibility to their products.
Thanks to these training spaces, we shape the ACDI territory as a pre-professional practice center, benefiting not only the communities with which we work, but also the students, since it gives them the possibility of immersing themselves in the world of Civil Society Organizations to enrich their pre-professional experience, work in an interdisciplinary team, address the territory with local teams, adapt planning to the needs and demands of the community.
