Thank you so much for your generous support and for your commitment to support the survivors of Darfur genocide who are displaced and vulnerable in Darfur. We appreciate it.
The Darfur Women Network (DWN) is grateful for your donations, with your support, we will be able to implement then Economic Empowerment project successfully to ensure empowering the displaced and vulnerable women, to achieve our following goals:
DWN is committed to its beneficiaries survive the COVID 19 outbreak. We will raise awareness about COVID 19, provide hygiene items, and Person Protection equipment (PPEs).
In addition, we conducted interview to generate information from displaced and vulnerable families to enable us to determine the needs, then, design projects to meet the needs. Now, our designed projects are ready for funding and implementation. sMoreover, we are working on registering a chapter in Sudan, form partnership, and prepare workplace and recruit staff in Darfur.
Based on our experience we are able to serve the displaced and vulnerable families to have social impact on our targeted group (internally displace and vulnerable families) by earning an income to create stable families and support systems within the families to their children to go to school instead of work and to achieve their educational goals instead of drop-off-schools.
