"Razia, a resilient woman from a rural village, has always known the potential of the land around her. Her family struggled to make ends meet, so she dreamed of contributing more to their livelihood. When AWARD began supporting women farmers in her area, Razia seized the opportunity. With AWARD’s guidance, she learned effective techniques for growing vegetables, using her skills and knowledge to transform her small plot into a thriving garden.
Now, Razia grows raddish, spinach, and peppers, which not only provide fresh food for her family but also a stable income through sales at the local market. Her newfound success is helping lift her family out of poverty, giving her children a chance at a better life. Razia’s hard work and AWARD’s support have empowered her to become a pillar of strength for her family and a role model in her community, proving that small seeds of change can yield great harvests"".
