Project Report | Jan 29, 2024
Our D&I milestones

By Silvia Bisconti | Project leader

2023 was an extremely challenging year in terms of diversity and inclusion in Chile.

On the one hand, our work with companies and their collaborators expanded to positive levels compared to previous years.

We have grown in our sports activities with companies exponentially and more and more companies are beginning to focus on their work from the D&I area. The Berlin 2023 World Games allowed us to meet the goal of a national delegation of athletes with ID with gender parity, and this has been our most desired achievement.

This year 2024 we will continue working hard on our D&I pillar to ensure that more boys, girls and young people can access a greater number of opportunities that improve and change their lives.
