Educate Children in Mexico

Dear Giving Angels,

On behalf of the entire organization of Centro Infantil de los Angeles, I want to thank you for contributing to our Year-End gift project in 2022.  Your contribution helped us feel secure in knowing that we could afford to keep all of our current teachers and daycare staff until the end of the school year.

Fortunately, you helped us  hire a local volunteer who had been helping with the daycare group. She was helping us every day and now we are able to help her. She will now be paid for her work and dedication and we benefit from knowing that she will stay with us through the summer.  If all goes well, she might return in the Fall.  With more staff, we can help more children thrive!

Fun fact:  Look at the painting on the wall of the daycare room.  I painted that pond and alligator on the wall during one of my visits. It is fun to see it is still there!

More help is needed:

On April 30th, Mexico celebrates Children´s Day. It is a custom that each child receives a present from their families. Unfortunately, our students are from some of the most economically disadvantaged homes in San Miguel. And they probably won't receive anything. Will you help us provide a gift for each student in the school by making a donation today?  Our teachers will do the shopping.
